Currently WAR prevents you from sending more than one mail in a 5 second period. This is a simple addon that shows a countdown from 5 once your mail is sent, so you know when you can continue to hammer that button.

Change Log - MailCooldown

1.1 - Changed svn prop to place files in a proper folder. No code change
1.2 - Modified the countdown to include the final zero second
1.2.1 - Padded start to begin countdown at predicted mail send (version is actually 1.2, but wowi release got a bit ahead of itself.)
1.3 - Updated to the new 5 second cooldown
