Change Log - StickyChannel
1.1.1: Fix client crash with WAR 1.0.2
1.1.0: Now switches the chat input box to the custom channel and remembers the last channel used. IMPORTANT NOTE: if upgrading from 1.0.0, back up your <WAR>/user/interface/AllCharacters/StickyChannel/SavedVariables.lua file, as saved data may be lost in the upgrade.

Well that's annoying. I'm not able to get in game to test this at the moment due to a dead video card. I'll look into it as soon as I get the new card and put the machine back together; could be a few days though.
But I wanted to mention that I seem to be having trouble with it now, after reinstalling the game (I deleted my beta client and reinstalled from the actual disks yesterday). After doing this, the addon no longer works. I made sure it's installed properly, and it's in the same folder as all my other addons, but it wont recognize any of the /schan commands!
I'm at a loss, because I really, really like the addon! Please help!
A quick note: it looks as though there may be a problem when running StickyChannel and SpamMeNot at the same time. I'm working with the author of SpamMeNot to resolve the issue.
Edit: it looks like this issue should be fixed in SpamMeNot 0.38-beta. Many thanks to the authors!
