Tooltip comparison for all equipped jewelry

Yet another in my range of "Oi Myffic, why aint this de default?" tools.

Adds extra comparison tooltips to the jewelry and pocket slots to show what other jewelry/pocket items you have instead of just the first worn in the first slot.

Please note: I don't have any pocket items to test this with, but it should work =)

Let me know if it doesn't.

1.1 - Added logic to move tooltips if shoved against the side of the screen. Mostly seen in lower resolution instances.
