Simple Addon that makes the ActionBarLockToggler moveable. It simply registers the window with the LayoutEditor.

My comment from curse:

You'll need to create a saved variable for the positioning to save between reloads/relogs. Simply registering the frame for movement doesn't automatically create a saved setting for it.

Otherwise, very nice.
